General Questions
Yes, if you drive in Bulgaria you will always need an e vignette.
A vignette is required for vehicle with a maximum permissible gross weight of 3.5 tonnes.
It’s not required to carry a printed version in your car. Access to the registration proof in PDF is enough.
You cannot unfortunately. You will always need a vignette before you enter Bulgaria.
If you haven’t been stopped by the local police you will get a fine by post. We advise you to pay it within the stated time frame.
You can never change the license plate once a vignette has been activated. If you made a mistake you will need to buy a new one.
If you order between 06:00 – 23:00 CET you will have the vignette within minutes. If you order after 23:00 you will get the vignette the next day around 06:00.
No, the vignette will only be send by email.
Payment Questions
You can only cancel an order when a vignette is not registered.
Using our portal you can pay with all major payment options such as Creditcard, Paypal, Apple pay and dozens of local payment options.

Under Bulgarian legislation e vignettes are not exempt for the EU reverse TAX rules. This means that Bulgarian tax is always charged on the vignette.
